Qld: Aussie stars for new Tim Rice musical

BRISBANE, Feb 3 AAP - Some of Australia's greatest musical talents came together today
to launch songwriter Sir Tim Rice's latest extravaganza to hit the world stage.

The Tim Rice Musical Spectacular will feature Anthony Warlow, Kate Ceberano and Iva
Davies as well as rock bands INXS and Bachelor Girl.

The spectacular includes "all the favourites" from Sir Tim's previous work, including
the Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar and Chess.

The world premiere will open in Brisbane on Anzac Day.
